With preseason well and truly underway, North Caulfield is ramping up its preparations for a big 2023 season.
New Senior Coach Nick Radecki and Assistant Coach Alon Blumgart have meticulously planned preseason sessions and a new game plan to implement.
Strategy meetings have begun early at Maccabi this season - , and at Caulfield Park Bowls Club last Sunday evening players listened intently to a presentation from our coaches.
Consistent with player feedback, the Senior Program for 2023 outlined enhanced structure, direction, discipline, and professionalism.
This season the coaching department has also invested in VEO technology (VEO is the ultimate camera for team sports, recording matches automatically for coaching analysis).
Over sixty (60) players have attended preseason so far, with many more players expected to join in over the coming weeks.
Preseason has also been enjoyed by some of our Junior Club players that have benefited from training alongside their senior counterparts.
Upcoming Fixtures
Maccabi kicks off its practice match campaign with a hit out against South Yarra next Sunday evening 5 February at Knox Regional Centre.
The club is still on the lookout for a Reserves Coach and a Thirds Coach for 2023.
